How can and should the city of Fellbach further develop, now and in the future? This was explored by the Fellbach urban development concept named Staffel’25.

In this approach citizens play a pivotal role by discussing Fellbach’s strengths, weaknesses and potentials, working out needs and priorities and finding strategies and key projects. Active citizen participation should bring about transparency from the very beginning and strengthen the citizen’s commitment to future undertakings. Additionally, the Fellbach approach is characterised by the comprehensive inclusion of multiple action fields which allow interconnected holistic administrative and strategic procedures to be strengthened and better taken advantage of.
